Malik K. Davis is a seasoned movement artist with over a decade of experience performing on stage and television. With an additional 12 years as a trainer and coach, Malik brings a deep well of knowledge and creativity to his work. His dynamic practice fuses acrobatics, athletics, functional fitness, dance and parkour into an innovative, challenging, yet beginner-friendly experience.

The Connect Body and Mind class is specifically designed for adults eager to break free from routine workouts. Malik’s method offers a refreshing alternative to conventional fitness. Beyond physical transformation, the practice encourages presence, self-awareness and personal growth. It becomes not just a workout, but a way to reconnect with the body and relieve stress. Definitely! This class was designed with a focus on helping beginners develop a stronger connection with their bodies while also building a higher level of fitness.

Yes. I believe age shouldn’t limit us. However, keep in mind that I incorporate acrobatic and gymnastic exercises into these classes, which can be challenging for those who’ve been inactive.
